We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team and support a portfolio of respected charitable organisations. These charities operate across areas such as humanitarian aid, environmental protection, medical assistance, and community development. Through in-person engagement, we help them secure long-term supporters who make their ongoing work possible. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with members of the public in locations where they live, work, and shop
  • Share each charity’s mission, values, and active projects
  • Explain how ongoing donor contributions directly fund essential programmes
  • Answer questions with clarity and professionalism
  • Support new donor registrations in line with compliance guidelines
  • Work towards daily and weekly performance targets
  • Represent The Atlas Collective and our charity partners with integrity

This is an in-person, customer-facing role built on confidence, empathy, and resilience. Full training is provided on campaign details, communication techniques, and performance development.
