About The Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face representing our clients’ brands, engaging directly with customers through in‑person promotions and lead generation. Your goal is to create memorable interactions, drive brand loyalty, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

  • Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity.
  • Deliver exceptional service and leave a lasting positive impression.

Customer Interaction

  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs.
  • Provide tailored information and guidance based on customer interests.

Training & Development

  • Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge.
  • Learn effective sales techniques and lead‑generation strategies.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Take part in promotional presentations where people work, live and shop.
  • Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue targets.

Relationship Building

  • Foster strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
