Role Overview
Our client is looking for ambitious, driven, and self‑motivated individuals to join their growing team as a Sales & Marketing Management Trainee. This customer‑facing role focuses on face‑to‑face customer acquisition for a variety of well‑known brands, helping businesses expand their customer base through direct marketing campaigns.
You’ll represent clients directly to consumers at pre‑arranged locations across North West London where customers live, shop, and work, creating memorable brand experiences while driving customer acquisition and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Face‑to‑Face Customer Acquisition
Represent multiple brands through direct marketing campaigns, engaging with potential customers in person and converting interactions into new customer acquisitions.
Campaign Execution
Support the planning, coordination, and daily execution of face‑to‑face marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, answer customer questions, and provide excellent customer service while representing clients professionally.
Product & Market Knowledge
Build strong knowledge of client products/services and stay informed on market trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
Campaign Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales outcomes.
Achieving KPIs
Work towards individual and team targets related to sales, customer acquisition, and brand expansion in a performance‑driven environment.
