As our Watford team continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Graduate Business Development Trainee who wants to develop practical communication, customer engagement, and business development skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What the Trainee Programme Involves
This is a structured, in-person training programme focused on communication, customer engagement, and business development through live campaigns and face-to-face interactions. You’ll learn how to:
- Build rapport and confidence through professional customer conversations
- Present campaign information clearly and accurately
- Support donor acquisitions and campaign growth objectives
- Develop objection-handling and communication techniques
- Understand performance tracking and target-based environments
- Work collaboratively within high-energy team settings
- Gain exposure to leadership development and team support responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing Daily
- Speaking directly with members of the public in face-to-face environments
- Representing charitable campaigns professionally and confidently
