Customer Service Assistant

About The Role
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the face of top brands, ensuring each customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be directly involved in in-person presentations, engaging conversations, and lead-generation activities aimed at raising brand awareness and expanding the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the values and ethos of our clients brands in every customer interaction.
- Exceed customer expectations, leaving a lasting, positive impression.
Customer Engagement
- Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customers needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized experiences that make customers feel valued from the first point of contact.
Product Knowledge & Training
- Participate in in-depth training to become well-versed in client products and services.
- Learn lead-generation strategies and customer acquisition techniques from industry professionals.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Proactively engage potential customers through presentations and promotional activities.
- Build relationships to drive new customer acquisitions and contribute to revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Address inquiries and feedback in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
