We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized and customer-focused individual to join our front of house team as a Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations of guests
- Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth and seamless check in/out procedure, including processing of bills
- Manage and amend room reservations
- Restaurant bookings
- Reception admin duties
- Respond and deal with guest requests and enquiries via email, phone and face to face
- Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling cash and card transactions and balancing of reception tills
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills via email, phone and face-to-face
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, with at least 2 years preferred, although full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service in every interaction
