We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and detail-focused individuals to join our Housekeeping team at The Atlantic Hotel. This is a varied and hands-on role, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests politely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
