The role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a Store Leader eager to advance their career by overseeing a dedicated team at The Athlete’s Foot Tea Tree Plaza store. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to progress in retail. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive team performance, operational excellence, and successful initiatives. You will also be involved in community activations, sporting event partnerships, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, reflecting the brand’s active community engagement outside the store environment.
