We are looking for a reliable and proactive Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our back-of-house operations run seamlessly, helping us deliver magical guest experiences every day. Whether you’re looking for part-time, full-time, or flexible hours, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle. What you’ll be doing: Receiving and securing deliveries, ensuring all goods are of the correct quality and quantity. Moving linen, guest supplies, and other stock around the hotel to support the housekeeping and wider back-of-house teams. Maintaining storerooms, cupboards, and refuse/recycling areas to a high standard – clean, tidy, organised, and secure at all times. Assisting Room Attendants and other team members with the delivery of items needed to complete their tasks. Supporting with stock takes and ensuring accurate records are maintained. Responding to guest needs and requests with professionalism and care. Being flexible and willing to support other departments when needed. Shifts are mainly during the day, between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We offer contracts from 20 to 40 hours per week, up to 5 days including weekends. Prefer something more flexible? We also have weekend and holiday-only roles – perfect for students or those with other commitments. Who you are: Organised, dependable, and physically capable of manual handling tasks. A great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and happy to support across departments when required. Previous experience in housekeeping or food & beverage operations is desirable, but not essential. What’s in it for you?
