We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. Working within different sections of the kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we serve meets our 5-star standards.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing guest and staff food in different sections within the kitchen
- Following all food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations
- Training and monitoring junior staff in food preparation
- Contributing to a collaborative, positive kitchen environment

We’re looking for individuals with:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a main kitchen
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent (Level 3 is desirable)
- Experience across different sections of the kitchen
- Good written and spoken English, a flexible attitude, and a passion for food
- Creativity and enthusiasm, with a love for working as part of a team
