Overview
As a Cover Supervisor you will contribute to the development of a strong, effective school that promotes a culture of educational excellence within a caring and secure environment.
This includes upholding values of discipline, mutual care and respect that extend beyond the school into the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover lessons for teaching staff in their absence.
- Engage in activities as described in the job description when not covering lessons.
- Ensure the key elements of progress and achievement, quality of teaching, behaviour and safety and leadership are maintained at a very high standard within the classes being covered.
Working as part of a team to ensure a purposeful, positive, and disciplined culture and ethos, which ensures a safe and stable population with strong progress and attainment outcomes for pupils, thereby ensuring a high‑quality education for all pupils.
