The Astronomer is a stunning multi-floored pub in the heart of the City of London, complete with a great outdoor space. The pub boasts a fresh new look and a thriving atmosphere. This is truly a versatile site with trade across the board – weekday lunches, weekend breakfast, after-work drinks, and late-night parties.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, deliver consistent quality across busy service times, and bring fresh ideas to suit our varied trade. You will be working with a passionate and supportive team, where collaboration between front and back of house is key to delivering a great guest experience.

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Sous Chef ready to step into their first Head Chef role, or for an established Head Chef with experience in a restaurant or pub environment.
