We’re looking for a full-time Chef to join a daytime venue known for great lunches, quality coffee, and proper homemade bakes.

About The Role

You’ll be working with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create fresh daytime dishes and contribute to a menu built around creativity, comfort, and quality. This is a hands-on role with genuine input – not a place where you simply follow a script.

Job Description

As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality daytime food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You’ll work in a brand-new kitchen, preparing lunch dishes, baked goods, and event menus – with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.

Responsibilities Include

  • Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal daytime dishes
  • Working with local suppliers and produce
  • Supporting menu development with creative input
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Assisting with prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation
  • Participating in food events and community-focused activities
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team
