About The Nursery

The nursery is a warm, welcoming, and professional setting dedicated to providing outstanding early years education and care. The team creates a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality childcare and education for children aged 0‑5
• Plan and lead creative, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development
• Promote independence, confidence, and curiosity in children
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently upheld

Requirements

• Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive approach
