Rotherham United are looking for candidates with an interest in performance analysis to join the academy team.
You will assist the performance analysis department to deliver high-quality footage to facilitate player development, and contribute to the development of players through a video feedback process.
You will be required to work on weekends covering matches at the academy training ground, as well as a number of U18 and academy training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Set up and film matches and training sessions.
- Process and upload matches to Hudl platforms.
- Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- A good level of football knowledge and analysis experience.
- A good understanding of the elite sporting environment.
- Experience using Sports Code, Keynote, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience of filming and video editing processes at a semi-professional club or higher.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player with a desire to develop others within your team.
- A strong work ethic, proactive attitude and quality focus.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, working off your own initiative as well as following guidance.
- Receptive to feedback about your own behaviour, strengths and areas for improvement.
