Responsibilities
- Lead the performance analysis programme for the U16 age group.
- Deliver pre-match preparation and post-match analysis.
- Manage the training, feedback and match workflow.
- Liaise closely with related Academy staff on specific tasks as required.
- Provide analysis support to other Academy age groups where required.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- University BSc degree in a related field (essential).
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential).
- UEFA C Coaching Licence (desirable).
- Experience of working within an elite sporting environment (essential).
- Experience of working within a football Academy environment (essential).Experience of working with people of varying backgrounds and cultures (essential).
- Knowledge of appropriate software, e.g. Hudl Sportscode, Wyscout, Spiideo, Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint (essential).
- Adaptability to be effective in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in a variety of settings and excellent presentation skills to groups of varying sizes and ages.
- Ability to work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team and to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Self-awareness and reflective skills as part of a professional development process (desirable).
- Open-minded approach to adopting best practice and current research-backed principles (desirable).
