The Association of Illustrators is seeking an experienced Membership Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover, leading our Membership team to deliver excellent service to a community of more than 2,000 illustrators. You will guide strategy to grow and retain members, oversee events and professional development, and enhance inclusion and accessibility of AOI membership.

The role requires prior experience in membership or community services, team leadership, and a track record of improving.
