About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the executive team. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of diaries, meetings, and general office administration, while also supporting team events and contributing to our positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
- Diary Management: Oversee and coordinate busy diaries using Microsoft Outlook, arrange meetings and resources, and ensure timely preparation for all appointments and trips.
- Meeting Support: Set up meetings, arrange IT and equipment, prepare and distribute documentation, and assist with minute-taking.
- Administrative Assistance: Manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos), compile and bind marketing materials, support Town Hall meetings, and provide administrative help to the CEO’s direct reports.
- Office Administration: Maintain filing systems, coordinate with Group colleagues, assist with internal events, and manage signature collation and regulatory report submissions.
- Expenses & Invoices: Process company credit card claims and ensure timely submission of invoices for payment.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange UK and international travel, handling all aspects of booking and logistics.

- Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, and intermediate competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities to deadline.
