The Associates are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who has excellent Digital (Web and Apps) experience to undertake an FTC contract for 14 months with one of the most prestigious brands on earth. This role does have the potential to move to a permanent position after the FTC. This role can be a career maker as you will work with a group of true experts in the digital field across applications and web.
This position requires a collaborative mindset combined with excellent communication in combination with being highly analytical. Start date for the Business Analyst is ideally at the start of or before the 3rd week in April but they will wait for an excellent candidate.
As the Digital Business Analyst you will primarily be focused on very large and complex projects cutting across multilingual sites, live site updates projects and rewards/loyalty schemes as examples. The ideal BA must have a strong digital background as well as be highly analytical. You have ideally worked on RFPs, dealt with 3rd party suppliers, have experience of global or European markets and have touched on legal, compliance and security issues.
The core of the role will cut across discovery and requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solution design and documentation, continuous improvement as well as testing quality and readiness.
Our client is looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a digital/product/technology environment.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar) for backlog and delivery tracking.
- Collaboration tools (e.g. Miro/whiteboarding, shared docs).
- Experience working alongside QA and test teams, including test planning, scenario definition and UAT support.
- Excellent requirements engineering skills: Comfortable moving from vision and problem statements to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Skilled at breaking down complexity into structured, easy-to-follow documentation.
Details: The role will require you to be on client site (South East London) 1 day a week and on delivery partner (Central London) site for another. The position pays up to 95k on base plus bonus, pension, healthcare, dental, 25 days holiday plus 3 extra gifted days as well as a long list of additional benefits.
Interviews will be either face to face or by Teams towards the back end of the week of the 23rd of March with a face to face site visit if Teams interview is taken.
