Are you wild about creating memorable experiences? Do you want to work in a place where you can hear calls from troops of howler monkeys, or the roars from a pride of lions? At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, we are currently seeking Guest Relations Hosts to join our team on either a permanent or seasonal basis.

As a Guest Relations Host, you will look after our guests from the moment they arrive until the moment they return home. You will create lasting memories for our day visitors, as well as guests staying overnight in our unique and luxurious accommodation. You will be responsible for welcoming our guests, checking them in and out, as well as transporting guests and their luggage to their accommodation areas in a variety of vehicles, including golf buggies and safari land rovers. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering our guests with a seamless and exceptional level of service.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for confident and social individuals who take pride in providing great customer service. The successful candidates will strive to delight and exceed all customer expectations, providing guests with a totally unforgettable customer service experience. A full valid driving license is required, and previous experience in hospitality is preferable; however, full training will also be provided.

Permanent and seasonal contracts available. Seasonal contracts will run through to the 3 January 2027. Rate of pay is £10.85 for under 21-year-olds and £12.71 for over 21-year-olds. We are offering flexible hour positions, where working hours may vary depending on business needs. Working hours can range between the hours of 08:00-22:00, and will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. A reliable mode of transport is recommended due to our remote location of the park. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving license.

Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is a world-renowned wild animal park set within 600 acres of Kentish savannah. The Reserve is home to some of the world’s most rare and endangered animals and offers luxury short breaks accommodation, free roaming animal safaris, once-in-a-lifetime animal encounters and exquisite dining experiences. Most importantly, every one of our employees is part of real conservation in action and their efforts have contributed to animals such as black rhino and western lowland gorillas being returned to their natural habitats in collaboration with our partners at The Aspinall Foundation.
