We’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor who wants to be part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment where no two days are the same and where your impact is genuinely felt. This is a key role supporting the Commercial Director, Contracts Managers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Analysing subcontract quotations, liaising with contracts managers and construction director
- Preparing and processing formal subcontract documents, including certification of interim and final payments and agreement of final accounts
- Producing Bills of Quantities or activity schedules for valuation and payment purposes
- Preparing accurate cash flow forecasts for internal reporting and client requirements
- Monitoring and control contract income and expenditure, including interim and final applications, final accounts, and recovery of late payments
- Producing monthly commercial reports for the Commercial Director, including cost/value reconciliations and turnover forecasts
- Providing commercial advice and support to site teams to optimise contract performance and resource use
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- A HND or Degree in QS or equivalent experience
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
