Summary
The Ash Group is hiring an Applications Developer II (24716) for our client, a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security. This is a 9-month contract position working in Westminster, CO(Onsite). We are offering a pay rate up to $47/hr, based on skill set.
- Compensation: Up to $47/hr W2 based on skill set

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Collaboration Systems team and our customers to detail requirements to solutions in Microsoft 365.
- Lend your expertise to design OOTB or custom solutions to meet requirements.
- Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training.
- Maintaining current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions
- Assist with support of migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company.
What We’re Looking For
- Related Bachelor’s or HS Diploma and 4 or more years of related experience.
- Experience with Business Process Mapping.
- Must have experience with requirements gathering.
- Experience with M365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, etc).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power App) is a must
- Must have a Six Sigma Certification
- Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath is required.
- Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent is a must.
- SharePoint Application Development Certifications a plus.
- Familiarity with various third-party solutions that integrate with SharePoint is a plus (e.g. HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate).
