Citadines City Centre Liverpool is seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Residence Manager to become part of our Team. In this key role you will be supporting the management team with the smooth running of the day to day operations.

An Assistant Residence Manager will be responsible for:

  • Living the Citadines brand, motivating and leading the team
  • Ensuring compliance in key focus areas (service standards, financial, property maintenance)
  • Support and actively contribute towards guest feedback management
  • Working with key stakeholders in the business (Revenue, Sales, Finance, HR, Reservations) with the aim of the property achieving occupancy, desired rate, service standards and financial compliance
  • Encouraging innovation and enhancing the guest experience amongst the team
  • Leading your team in operations, getting involved in all areas of the business, including Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage

To be successful in the role of Assistant Residence Manager, we require:

  • Hospitality Management background is desired
  • Experience of a minimum of 3 years as HOD necessary
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems
