As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Ascentis provision, with accounts in your assigned region. The role requires a balanced focus across Ascentis offerings, ensuring that opportunities are maximised at the right times throughout the year. You will represent Ascentis qualifications at a range of internal and external events, generating new business from both existing and potential centres. You will work closely with education providers, promoting Ascentis qualifications, meeting targets, and driving forward new business initiatives with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

While new customer acquisition is key, the role also prioritises relationship management. You will service current customer accounts within your region with a new business target, ensuring the highest level of customer care and actively supporting them to facilitate long‑term growth and collaboration. You will maintain meaningful communication with your accounts through virtual and in‑person meetings. Travel within your assigned region to meet both current and potential customers is an essential part of the role.

We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
