The Arts Theatre Cambridge is currently undergoing a transformational redevelopment – a once-in-a-generation project that’s not only transforming our physical space but also reimagining how we connect with our audiences, artists, and community. Plans are underway to build a 200-seat rooftop studio theatre, creating fresh opportunities to present and produce new work, support emerging talent, and deepen our engagement with the wider community. We are now seeking an exceptional new Chief Executive to build on the established momentum. Someone with vision, ambition, excellent leadership skills, and a clear sense of purpose. The CEO will be a visionary cultural leader with overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Theatre.
