About the role: The role of the Waiter/ess will be to provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items in our Kyubi, Japanese Restaurant.
- Run a station during the lunch and dinner operation of the restaurant
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable throughout the opening times of the Club
- Provide support and assistance to all new commis waiter/ess following the department SOP's
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments
