The Role We're looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our Brasserie.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for an initial period of 6-12 months.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving commercial performance, developing your team, and ensuring the highest operational standards.
In the absence of the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operation.
