We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie to join our Brasserie team. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of your section during service, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations Prepare and deliver high-quality Mediterranean and Japanese-inspired dishes in line with Club standards and recipes Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and Health & Safety throughout service Ensure consistency, quality assurance and attention to detail across all dishes produced Demonstrate excellent culinary techniques, knife skills and kitchen organisation Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs in their development and day-to-day training Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience Monitor stock levels within your section and support with minimising waste Work flexibly in line with operational requirements and busy service periods About You We're looking for a confident and hands-on Chef de Partie who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality.
