About the role:

  • The role of the Waiter/ess will be to provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items in our Kyubi, Japanese Restaurant.
  • Run a station during the lunch and dinner operation of the restaurant.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable throughout the opening times of the Club.
  • Provide support and assistance to all new commis waiter/ess following the department SOPs.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments.
