Enthusiastic individuals are required for The Arts Club Housekeeping team, a cultural hub and leading hospitality venue in the heart of Mayfair, London. Located in the heart of Mayfair, The Arts Club is one of London's most renowned private members clubs, a discreet sanctuary for those with a passion for the arts, literature, music and culture.
As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure working environment, this position requires Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks as part of the recruitment process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the seamless operation of the Housekeeping Department shift by promptly notifying the Executive Housekeeper of any comments, VIP arrivals or departures, and any other relevant issues throughout the day.
- Uphold the highest standards at all times, striving to exceed expectations whenever possible.
MAIN DUTIES:
- To lead by example ensuring work areas are tidy, neat, fully prepared for running of your shift and that a high standard of personal hygiene and dress is maintained.
- Make yourself familiar with The Arts Club outlets, their opening hours and services offered to ensure correct information is forwarded to Members and their Guests when enquired.
- Ensure all sensitive information is stored safely and discarded in an appropriate way, in particular guests' details and records.
