The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our Brasserie.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Brasserie across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Support the Brasserie General Manager with recruitment, training, rotas, stock control and ordering.
Manage and develop the team through effective training, performance reviews and ongoing development.
Monitor operational payroll and staffing levels in line with agreed budgets and forecasts.
Maintain effective communication across the team, ensuring all relevant operational information is shared.
Ensure HR procedures, employment legislation and Club recruitment standards are consistently followed.
About You
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager n a premium hospitality environment.
A confident and inspiring leader with excellent people management skills.
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and labour costs.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Highly organised, proactive and able to perform under pressure.
