The Head of Learning & Development is a strategic role within People & Culture. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, this role leads learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capability, engagement, and alignment with business goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, building a strong talent pipeline, and keeping the organisation agile and competitive.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Learning & Development strategy aligned with The Arts Club's vision and values.
- Design and deliver training programmes that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear goal-setting and continuous improvement.
- Lead leadership development initiatives to support career progression and succession planning.
- Utilise digital learning tools and manage The Arts Club's Learning Management System.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to align training efforts with business priorities.
- Monitor effectiveness of learning programmes and drive improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in learning and development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing training programmes within a luxury or high-performance environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical approach to measuring programme impact and making data-driven improvements.
Eligibility
