Located in the heart of Mayfair, The Arts Club is one of London’s oldest private members’ clubs and home to a community of members with a passion for the creative arts, literature, and business. From distinguished art exhibitions to fine dining, live music, and an exceptional programme of events for members, the club remains at the heart of contemporary cultural life in London.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive People & Culture Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. This is a highly visible role, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, building strong relationships across all departments and supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
  • Acting as a trusted and approachable HR contact for all people-related queries
  • Partnering with managers to support employee relations and drive positive outcomes
  • Delivering engaging onboarding experiences for new joiners
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives
  • Driving employee engagement activities and supporting wellbeing and ESG initiatives
  • Producing and analysing HR data to support continuous improvement
Who you are:
  • Previous HR experience (ideally within hospitality or a service-focused environment)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of UK employment practices
