From distinguished art exhibitions to fine dining, live music, and an exceptional programme of events for members, the club remains at the heart of contemporary cultural life in London. At the heart of the club is the Brasserie, offering an irresistible menu filled with Mediterranean flavours and delicious dishes. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Brasserie team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your section during service, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality Mediterranean and Japanese-inspired dishes in line with Club standards and recipes.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and Health & Safety throughout service.
- Ensure consistency, quality assurance and attention to detail across all dishes produced.
- Demonstrate excellent culinary techniques, knife skills and kitchen organisation.
- Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs in their development and day‑to‑day training.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor stock levels within your section and support with minimising waste.
- Work flexibly in line with operational requirements and busy service periods.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and hands‑on Chef de Partie who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be someone who:

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high‑end hospitality environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced kitchen operation.
- City & Guilds or professional cookery qualification preferred.
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and food hygiene practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for quality ingredients, presentation and culinary excellence.
- Good command of the English language.
