The contemporary interior revolve around the culinary theatre of an open kitchen and a private dining room with its own wine cellar.
The restaurant is set in the beautiful Chiltern Hills with close links to London and features the innovative cuisine of award winning Chef Patron Laurie Gear and his team.
The successful Chef de Rang should have the following qualities: Proven previous experience in a similar high level of restaurant service Well presented with personality, charisma and excellent communication skills You should have a passion for fine food, wine and delivering outstanding customer service.
Highly motivated to be a part of an existing professional team and an aptitude to train others.
In return for your dedication and talents we offer the successful Chef de Rang : A highly competitive salary A five day week (the restaurant is closed on a Sunday and Monday) 28 days holiday including Christmas and New Year as the restaurant is closed for this period.
