The Artichoke is delighted to have been awarded its first Michelin star and this is a fantastic time for a talented Assistant Manager to join this forward‑thinking creative restaurant offering modern fine dining combined with a high level of personable, professional service. The contemporary interior revolves around the culinary theatre of an open kitchen and a private dining room with its own wine cellar. The restaurant is set in the beautiful Chiltern Hills with close links to London and features the innovative cuisine of award‑winning Chef Patron Laurie Gear and his team.
Key Qualifications
- Good business acumen and excel skills, experience of cost and sales reporting.
- Proven previous experience in a similar high level of restaurant service at least 2‑3 Rosette+.
- Experience of reservations and private dining bookings.
- An ability to train others to a high standard.
- Well presented with personality, charisma and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for fine food, wines and delivering outstanding customer service and highly motivated to be a part of an existing professional and driven team.
