Arthur Terry School is seeking an inspiring and driven Core Leader for Maths to lead our passionate team of educators in delivering outstanding learning experiences across the department. This is an exciting time to join the school on a journey from good to great.

TLR1c allowance: £14,868

To start: September 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Maths department team to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and innovation across the department.
  • Monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture within the faculty.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support the vision and ethos of the Arthur Terry School and ATLP.
