Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie on the Pastry Section at The Art School Restaurant. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes and supervising junior kitchen staff alongside the Senior Chefs and ensuring the overall efficiency of the kitchen. This role is primarily located in the Liverpool Area but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including Bakery and Patisserie preparation, cooking and presentation
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Menu planning and creativity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
