We’re looking for a talented Team Leader to join us in our Colchester office. You will use your knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to have direct responsibility for a team of Customer Service Executives. You will effectively manage your team to deliver excellent customer service and support them by conducting regular 1-2-1’s, coaching and development. You will ensure the team’s day‑to‑day servicing and administration of client insurance requirements is completed in a timely, technically accurate and cost‑effective manner.

  • Lead, motivate and support your team in the delivery of required business KPI’s.

  • Support the department in meeting all quality and regulatory standards.

  • Proactively coach and develop your team to increase overall capability through using your specialist knowledge and experience.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages your team to meet their full potential.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within your team.

What are we looking for in our next Team Leader?

  • Experience of meeting financial, operational, service and quality KPI’s.

  • An individual who can lead by example and is a role model to others.

  • Experience in people management, including motivation, coaching, development, and performance management is desirable.

  • Insurance experience would be advantageous.

  • Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment.

  • IT Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
