Overview
This exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join our Client Money team in Leeds. The role will involve using skills and knowledge for the back-office Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA) centre and to support management in the operational function of the team.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Be willing to learn multiple skills and disciplines.
- Process large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
- Be a point of reference and assistance in the absence of your Team Leader/Manager where required.
- Assist with the distribution of workflow in the team.
- Be a referral point for escalated or technical queries for both our internal staff and external member’s.
- Support quality reviews and technical training needs across the department.
- Support audit requests for information and process walk-through exercises.
- Fulfil your responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensure compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the FCA Handbook, identifying and recording any breaches of FCA rules.
Qualifications & Experience
- Financial services experience (desirable), ideally in an insurance broking environment
- GCSE Maths and English (grade 5 or above) or equivalent
