The Purpose Of The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven professional to join our Reward team, operating at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of senior-level reward and HR governance processes. Acting as a trusted partner across HR, Finance, Legal and senior leadership, you’ll bring structure to complexity, ensure follow-through, and help drive key decisions at the highest level of the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Senior Offers & Documentation
- Produce and manage senior hire offer letters with precision, ensuring alignment with reward frameworks and governance requirements.
- Partner closely with Reward, Legal and HR Business Partners to reflect agreed terms, incentives and equity arrangements.
- Handle amendments and re-issues with accuracy and discretion.
- Senior Exit Management
- Coordinate and produce senior-level settlement agreements in line with governance standards.
- Ensure seamless processing across Payroll and Equity teams, delivering within agreed timelines.
- Remuneration Committee (RemCo) Support
- Prepare high-quality RemCo papers, including briefings, data packs and approval documentation.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, ensuring submissions are accurate and on time.
- Track decisions, actions and approvals arising from meetings.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain clear, up-to-date reporting for senior leaders, including the Equity & Reward Director and Chief HR Officer.
- Ensure strong data integrity across reward and people data.
- Deliver concise, structured outputs in response to ad hoc requests.
- Support the development of global reporting frameworks and insights.
- Approvals & Governance
- Manage end-to-end approval processes, ensuring all sign-offs are secured and documented.
- Proactively follow up to keep decisions on track and deadlines met.
- Maintain robust audit trails and version control.
Essential
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in HR, Reward, Governance or Executive support roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and inconsistencies.
- Proven experience producing high-quality documents for senior audiences or committees.
- Strong organisational skills with the confidence to manage approvals and chase actions.
- Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience supporting Remuneration Committees or executive reward processes.
- Knowledge of equity, bonus or incentive arrangements.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
