Location: Cirencester, GL7 5XZ – Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 – Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop our Recruitment Support Officer, ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Act as our in-house head-hunter, identifying and onboarding top-tier talent across the UK using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment methods.
- Brand Building: Enhance our employer brand through social media, Glassdoor, and EVP initiatives.
- Process Ownership: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from job adverts to interviews and onboarding.
- Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Innovation & Improvement: Develop new attraction strategies, interview frameworks, and agency relationships.
- Future Planning: Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and support workforce planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Proven experience in recruitment management or senior talent acquisition roles.
- ✅ Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.
- ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
