Lead a Business-Critical Transformation Programme
This role is a Hybrid role with travel to London required
We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead one of the most significant transformation initiatives across our MGA platform.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the business by leading Project Elevate, a strategic programme that will establish a standalone operating platform following separation from Everywhen and deliver the subsequent integration of the MGA parts of The Ardonagh Group. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a scalable, efficient platform that supports future growth and acquisition opportunities.
If you thrive in complex transformation environments, enjoy working with senior stakeholders, and have a track record of delivering large-scale change, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Project Elevate from inception through to successful implementation. You will work closely with executive leaders, functional heads and governance boards to ensure the programme delivers its strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation & Separation
- Lead the MGA's separation of key corporate functions from Everywhen, working closely with existing Change and Transformation teams.
- Establish the future-state operating model, governance framework and functional structures.
- Ensure operational, regulatory and people-related risks are effectively managed throughout the transition.
- Own programme governance, planning, reporting and risk management activities.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Drive achievement of key milestones, budgets and strategic outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordination point for executives, functional leaders and regulated boards.
- Prepare and present programme updates, escalations and recommendations to senior sponsors.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and delivery success.
Integration & Change Delivery
- Lead organisational change, communications and business readiness activity.
- Deliver the integration and alignment ofthe MGA parts of Ardonagh corporate functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability across the platform.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Successfully establish the corporate function operating model following separation from part of the group.
- Implement new governance structures, teams and ways of working.
- Maintain business continuity throughout the transformation journey.
- Deliver the integration programme.
- Create a harmonised platform structure that enables future growth, operational efficiency and successful acquisition integration.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a transformation professional with experience delivering complex programmes in regulated environments.
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation, integration, separation or carve-out programmes.
- Strong experience within insurance, MGA, broking or wider financial services environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive teams and governance boards.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering operating model, organisational and business change.
- Strong programme governance, risk management and delivery expertise.
- Commercially aware with a results-focused approach and the ability to navigate complexity.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of our MGA platform. You'll work with senior leaders across the business, lead a high-profile strategic programme and help build the foundations for the next phase of growth.
If you're a confident transformation leader who enjoys turning strategy into execution and delivering meaningful business change, we'd like to hear from you.
