This role requires up to 3 days per week in the office during the first 3 months. After the first 3 months, you will need to be in the office as per business needs which will be a minimum of once per month.
The office is based in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol, approximately 3 miles from Bristol Parkway station and 1/2 mile from the M4/M5 interchange.

Net Software Developers to join our growing friendly team. We are looking for someone with commercial experience as a .Net Software Developer to join us and be responsible for developing and supporting in house insurance application as well as analyse, develop and test all applications using the appropriate processes, methods and standards.

Undertake analysis, design, programming and testing for the development of new systems and provide support for, and enhancements to, existing systems.
Produce technical documentation to support the development of new systems.
Produce accurate estimates and monitor progress against established project milestones and provide regular updates to management on the progress of work.
Proactively identify and mitigate against project risks
Work through all aspects of the development lifecycle as well as contribution to and implementation of improvements to best practices, high quality design and development of software.

Experience working in a professional software development environment.
C#
.Net framework/.Net Core
MS SQL Server development, TSQL/Stored Procedures
Flexible and able to absorb new information or change in plans in a rapidly changing environment.
DevOps
Have an understanding of the principles of software architecture and patterns.

And if you have these additional skills, that would be a bonus

Knowledge of design and software development methodologies.
SSIS/SSRS

JavaScript / HTML /XML / CSS
