The Role
As a member of our executive search team, you will manage executive and specialist recruitment assignments across The Ardonagh Group, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract and secure high-calibre talent. You will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, delivering a consultative and insight-led approach while helping to strengthen talent pipelines across key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for executive, leadership and specialist positions.
Partner with practice and business heads to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Conduct market mapping, talent identification and proactive candidate engagement.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across all our broking and underwriting businesses.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Provide market intelligence, talent insights and competitor analysis to stakeholders.
Manage offer negotiations and support successful onboarding processes.
Support employer branding, talent attraction and strategic recruitment initiatives.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' recruitment experience , at an executive search firm or recruitment consultancy.
Previous experience recruiting within the insurance sector is strongly preferred.
Experience managing specialist, senior-level or executive assignments.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
Commercially minded with a consultative approach to recruitment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Proactive, resilient and results-oriented.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and modern sourcing techniques.
