Are you an HR Systems professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while improving the employee experience? We're looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our Global HR Shared Services team, playing a key role in supporting and enhancing our HR technology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong HRIS experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Working across a global business, you'll be responsible for ensuring our HR systems remain stable, effective, and aligned to both operational and strategic business needs. You'll partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and business stakeholders worldwide to drive optimisation, automation, and innovation across our HR platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- HR Systems Management & Support
- Support and maintain our global HRIS platform, Dayforce, ensuring system reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Analyse business requirements and configure system solutions aligned to our HR technology roadmap.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and issue resolution, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Support HR system enhancements, upgrades, testing cycles, and release management activities.
- Manage mass data uploads, imports, and bulk updates while maintaining data integrity.
- Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and data quality reviews.
- Integrations & Technical Development
- Maintain and enhance XML configurations, API integrations, and data mappings.
- Monitor and manage Dayforce Integration Studio packages.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms including ATS, ServiceNow, and other business systems.
- Support data migrations, system integrations, and global implementation projects.
- Produce reporting and analytics to monitor system performance and data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver exceptional HR system support.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Support global HR systems rollouts and transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, and increase automation.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and major system deployment activities.
What We're Looking For
- Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience working with HR systems/HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of XML, data mapping, system configuration, and integrations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience investigating technical issues and implementing solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, data validation, auditing, and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of GDPR, HR data security, and compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Desirable Experience
- Experience with Teamtailor or similar ATS integrations
- Exposure to API integrations, middleware solutions, and SFTP file transfers
- Experience using Power BI, SQL, or Microsoft Access
- Experience working within a complex, global, multi-entity organisation
