Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you as an Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Tonbridge. Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll work Monday to Friday (no weekends) with a basic salary relative to your experience and a generous bonus structure. You'll be rewarded with the benefits of working with the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers. We are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds and offer hybrid and flexible ways of working for our Account Handlers if the 9-5 life isn't for you.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact.
  • Building strong relationships and supporting clients with queries as they arise.
  • Perfect for those who love customer service or sales, as relationship-building with clients will be key to success.

Qualifications

  • Some experience in the Insurance Industry is essential.
  • Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give clients the best possible experience.
  • Be proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to learn and be curious.
  • Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face; some experience in customer service is important.
