So, what does the role of a Senior Account Handler here involve?
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
In this role you will be working on a protected book of high-net-worth clients. As a Senior Account Handler you will provide support to colleagues along with the Team Leader and provide training to the team where required.
Responsibilities
- Support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, building strong relationships and assisting with queries as they arise.
- Provide support to colleagues, the Team Leader, and train the team where required on a protected book of high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain a proactive and professional relationship with clients to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the team to support client needs and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Be proactive, use your initiative and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in the Insurance Industry.
- Time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience of cross selling and upselling products.
- Knowledge of motor and home insurance.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and be curious.
- Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
