We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Start date: 17 November 2025. No experience is required as full training is provided.
Salary: £24,570 per annum, with a generous quarterly bonus potential to reach £28,570 per year. You will also receive the benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate.
Induction and development: A 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy, plus ongoing development opportunities within the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email; require attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive attitude.
- Efficiently manage high call volumes in a dynamic contact centre environment, meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and targets.
- Work collaboratively in a team to achieve shared goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive work culture.
