Responsibilities
- Providing great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
- Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations with thorough attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Meeting commercial and team targets and KPIs by maximising business and service opportunities.
- You will need to enjoy working in a fast‑paced team. We work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!
